The importance of patient involvement
Lay representatives are equal partners in our programmes and help influence and impact the training of the future Healthcare Scientist workforce

Healthcare Scientists and NHS Scientists
Healthcare scientists make up 5% of the NHS workforce but are responsible for 80% if all diagnoses made. They play a vital role in investigation, diagnosis, treatment and aftercare.
