Calling all NHS Managers!

The professions of Allied Health, Healthcare Science, Pharmacy, Psychology and Public Health have identified the need for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) of our respective workforces to be a key focus of the activities of the Centre for Professional Workforce Development (CPWD). The CPWD have designed a multi professional Training Needs Analysis to inform future developments of collaboration between professions. The purpose of the survey is to identify and evaluate current multi-professional training accessed by the CPWD professions and determine future training needs at individual, team or organisational level.

Through stakeholder consultation, the outcomes of this survey will inform education providers across the North West of any gaps in current education and training provision and barriers to learning currently being experienced by the CPWD professions. The questionnaire is primarily aimed at those individuals that are responsible for staff appraisals and have awareness and access to both training and funding sources on behalf of their organisation. Please circulate to relevant individuals within your professional networks.
