The University of Manchester are working with the Genomics Education Programme to deliver a Faculty Symposium for the MSc Genomic Medicine on Friday 9th September 2016. The Symposium is designed to develop a community of practice within the Genomics England workforce.

The Symposium will include updates from Professor Sue Hill, Chief Scientific Officer for England and Professor Mark Caulfield, Chief Scientist for Genomics England. The keynote speech will be delivered by Professor Bill Newman, Lead of the Greater Manchester Genomic Medicine Centre. Those currently studying on the MSc Genomic Medicine are invited to present posters or talks at the event and share their learning insights.
